Mr. Lang is responsible for the growth and economic condition of the corporation and reports to the Board of Directors and Shareholders.

Mr. Lang has over 40 years of experience designing and engineering illuminated displays, panels, switches, LCD, and LED modules. He introduced the first Integrated Control Panel, Programmable Display, and Liquid Crystal Dichroic Integrated Display Module.

Mr. Lang was the founder of Symbolic Displays, Inc., an engineering development and manufacturing company specializing in illuminated displays. He developed and received patents in digital display interfaces and component technology.

Matthew K. Thomas, CPA
Controller & CFO

Mr. Thomas is responsible for managing the accounting department and the overall financial condition of the company, and reports directly to the president.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in individual and corporate income taxation and outsourced controller/CFO services.

Ken Reyzer, PhD
Engineering Manager

Dr. Reyzer is responsible for the engineering organization and the development of custom display systems for commercial and military applications. He reports directly to the president.

Ken has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in advanced technology and hardware development. This includes 20 years in the aerospace industry supporting the design and development of electro-optical sensor systems and over 10 years commercial experience with highly integrated electronic subassemblies for applications in the telecommunications, computing, and automotive industries. He has held a variety of technical, functional, and program management positions.

Robert Butler
Manufacturing Manager

Mr. Butler is responsible for all manufacturing and production activities and schedules in support of policies and goals established by the company. Mr. Butler manages all employees involved in Operations, Machine and Paint Shops, Customer Service, and Electrical and Mechanical Assembly, and he reports directly to the president.

Robert came to us with 26 years of aerospace production/manufacturing experience and expertise from positions held with Parker Hannifin, Lockheed Martin, Circor Aerospace and Defense, Precision Cast Parts, and General Electric. Along with 15 years of successful management and team-building experience, Robert spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy and served in Operation Desert Storm.

Joe T (JT) Morrison
Quality Manager

Mr. Morrison is a retired Marine Avionics Chief responsible for quality control and Interface's ISO 9001 and AS9100 programs, and reports directly to the president.

JT has over 25 years of experience in aviation electronics, documentation control and manufacturing processes, and over 20 years' experience in the quality and failure analysis fields. He has held management positions such as Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager.
